Clinical Therapy

Clinical therapy is a guided journey of self-discovery to address challenges that cause significant distress in your everyday life.

Our integrative approach focuses on the curious exploration of the mind and body through talk and trance therapy, yoga, and meditation.

Following the breath into the body calms the mind and creates a distance from which we can see more clearly. This clarity builds confidence and allows for a deeper understanding about how we are, how we want to be, and how we will get there.

Coaching helps you set and achieve specific goals for personal growth to become the person you want to be.

Whereas clinical therapy is an ongoing and longer-term process for issues that are causing significant distress, coaching is typically shorter and focuses on a discrete goal or milestone.

Coaching focuses on the here and now rather than on the past or the future.

Coaching can help you:

  • Navigate a challenging transition

  • Make an important life decision

  • Overcome limiting beliefs

Coaching might be for you if you:
